Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Purchases of custom-made products or perishable goods cannot be cancelled or returned, in accordance with applicable law.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received and the returned product is received, in accordance with applicable law.

 

Cancellation Fees

 

The company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, in accordance with applicable law.
