Shipping policy

We currently ship to multiple countries, subject to the delivery areas supported by our shipping partners.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take up to 21 business days. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, or holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

If delivery is delayed beyond 21 business days, the customer may choose either to continue waiting or to cancel the order and receive a refund.
